Today, we are introducing this 7 Ton Hydraulic De-Coiler, which, with its powerful load-bearing capacity and automated feeding design, has become the preferred auxiliary equipment for C-shaped steel and floor slab production lines.

The core logic of this machine is "hydraulic drive". Different from traditional screw adjustment, it uses the power provided by the 4KW hydraulic station to push the wedge-shaped blocks inside the main shaft, causing four fan-shaped plates to expand radially.
Tightening: This structure can generate a huge radial force, firmly gripping the inner diameter of the steel coil and preventing slippage.
Braking: Combined with the hydraulic automatic brake system, it uses the inertia of the steel coil for damping braking to prevent the material from loosening.
This machine is designed to handle cold-rolled steel coils and acts as the primary feeding unit for various production lines, including:
