2.Feed device

Responsible for feeding metal coil into the forming machine

forming system; Feeding width is adjustable with the handle wheels

After steel plate going through feeding device, first need process embossing pattern as client’s request.there is support frame up and down embossing rollers

Smartly design, we add one clutch at the embossing pattern rolling station ,since the pattern embossing rollers shaft driving actively ,turning speed quicker than forming rollers, it will lead steel plate jammed. With cluth, can avoid incosistent speed.

3. Main roll forming machine:

According to the design specifications of the floor steel decking, the molding mold will have different shapes and sizes, also different rollers station.

Rollers material normally use 1045# steel and GCR15 steel, quenched. 

4.Cutting device

After the floor decking plate is formed, the cutting device cuts it to the specified length.

5. Control system: used to control the entire molding process to ensure the accuracy and quality of the product. Control system can choose Delta or Siemens brand, international famous brand, it is more easy to replace once some parts damage after some years.
