Dovetail decking design is most popular design in Malaysia and Singapore market.

The dovetail floor deck is a more advanced composite floor deck system. Compare to other kind of floor decking, closed dovetail floor decking has no opening design. It is usually made of steel, either hot-rolled steel plate or galvanized steel.

Experiments have proven that it has stronger bearing capacity and shear resistance than other open floor deck systems.

The special design of the closed rib shape allows the ribs of the steel supporting plate to be completely covered with concrete.

The protection is like the steel bars in the cast-in-place slab, so that the respective characteristics of steel concrete can be maximized. The closed floor deck has been successfully used in the stress-reinforced floor deck system and has excellent fire resistance.

This is the dovetail decking roll forming machine that we made for Malaysia customer.

The machine have below advantages:

1. The cutting no deform no burr, we adopt 7.5 kw hydraulic power for cutting system, can cutting max thickness up to 1.6 mm.

   

2.  The machine basic frame adopt 400 # H steel with diagonal bracing in it to ensure strong and stable when machine running and loading.

   

3.  Our machine have designed chains tensor to give roller station more power.

   
   

4. About the hydraulic oil pump station, we use large pump station box and add cooling system on it. When your machine working continuous a period of time, avoid hydraulic oil degree going higher. If hydraulic oil degree too high, the cutter strength may decrease.
