Firstly,you should make sure your drawing profile.If the product you need manufacture has wide range and arbitrary size within the range should be produced totally,you can only choose the equipment by translation.

On the contrary,if you just want the specific size ,you can choose the equipment by adjust the spacer manually.

Secondly,when you choose the translation, you have two choice,one is manual translation,another is automatic PLC system translation.

So you should confirm your budget.If your budget is tight,you can choose the manual translation.
