Component Introduction

1.Feeding Section: Featuring variable frequency control with adjustable speed.

2.Clamping Section: Designed with servo control, this section offers a simple structure that is durable and basically maintenance-free.

3.Stacked Segments: Equipped with screw drive to ensure high precision, the fully protected transmission shaft is designed for eliminating safety hazards.

4.Packaging Section: Featuring a fully automatic PP packaging belt machine, this section operates with high accuracy and good stability.

5.Pulling Section: Utilizing servo gear rack transmission, this section is suitable for high-speed and long displacement.

6.Stacking Section: Since the palletizing support plate is bent instead of welded, it will not break due to welding.

7.Electric Control Section: Equipped with five sets of servo VEICHI systems controlling buckling, lifting, stacking, tape winding, pulling, stacking translation, and stacking lifting. This configuration ensures greater stability for long-term and high-speed applications compared to stepper motor or pneumatic cylinder systems
