The Production Process

Our machine simplifies manufacturing through a seamless, automated workflow. Here is how the raw material becomes a finished product:
Decoiler → Integrated Servo Feeding Machine → Punching Press (Punching & Cutting) → Conveying Platform → Roll Forming → Discharge
Decoiling: The process begins with the 8-ton Decoiler, which holds the raw steel coil and feeds it smoothly into the line.
Servo Feeding: A precision Servo Feed System guides the metal strip, ensuring accurate positioning for the punching phase.
Punching & Cutting: The strip enters the 200-Ton Punching Press, where holes and cut-offs are made with high force and accuracy.
Conveying: The pre-punched material moves to the Conveying Platform, which stabilizes the sheet before forming.
Roll Forming: The metal passes through 26 Rows of Cr12 rollers, gradually bending it into the final U-shape or tray profile.
Discharge: The finished cable tray is cut to length (2000mm - 6000mm) and discharged, ready for stacking.


Automated Control: The entire line is synchronized to prevent material jamming and ensure smooth operation.
