Cut-to-Length (CTL) line is a specialized manufacturing equipment used in the metal processing industry to produce flat sheets of metal from large coils or rolls. This system is designed to efficiently cut metal sheets to precise lengths, making it a critical component in various manufacturing processes, including the production of automotive parts, appliances, construction materials, and more.

A typical CTL line consists of several key components:

Uncoiler: This is where the large metal coil is loaded. The uncoiler gently unrolls the metal coil to feed it into the processing line.

Leveler: After the metal is uncoiled, it passes through a leveler that flattens any potential curling or waves in the metal, ensuring that the sheet is perfectly flat before cutting.

Cutting machine: The metal sheet is then cut to the desired length using high-precision shears or a laser cutter. This is a critical step that requires accuracy to ensure the final product meets the required specifications.

Stacker: Once cut, the sheets are automatically stacked by the stacker. The stacker can be designed to handle various sheet sizes and thicknesses, ensuring that the sheets are neatly and safely stacked for further processing or shipment.

Control System: An advanced control system, often based on computer numerical control (CNC) technology, manages the entire process. This system ensures that the line operates smoothly and that the cutting and stacking are done with high precision.

This cut to length line we provide to United State client, is special design, mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1. Special used to aluminul coil, thickness 3mm, width 1600mm

2. Leveler is special design ,can open autoamtic, wipe the leveling rollers with clean cloth
