Adjustable running speed stays 0–60m/min, adopts standard 380V/60Hz/3Ph power supply, total installed capacity around 220Kw. The entire production line occupies 23m×8m workshop space, and achieves steady daily output of around 40T within 8 working hours. Slitting width tolerance can be strictly controlled within ≤±0.05mm.

Full Standard Device Configuration

The slitting host adopts 75KW AC variable frequency driving motor, matched with high-performance cycloidal pinwheel reducer. It supports switchable active shear and tension shear modes to fit different thickness steel materials perfectly. Precise side guide assembly restrains strip jumping and offset, maintaining outstanding slitting precision all the time.

Whole line adopts PLC frequency conversion synchronous control. Operators can easily adjust high & low running speed, and finish manual strip threading smoothly, which makes daily workshop operation very convenient and easy to master.
