                                                  With gear box driving,  special gear is finely ground by a German honing machine

                                   Usage: to feed the sheet into rotary punching system positively and remove the sheet radian from coil, avoid the product curve and keep straight

Rotary punching system: Punching die material: DC3 imported from Japan, quenching hardness HRC 58-62 degree

                                              Two rollers besides the punching die to press the materials

                                         The rotary punching will keep the same speed control with main roll forming system

                                       With one extra pair of punching die as accessory.
