Our Hydraulic Decoiler is engineered to solve common issues like coil loosening and surface scratches while handling heavy loads of 5 to 7 tons. Powered by a 4kW main motor and a 380V hydraulic system, this machine features a robust frame built with 300H steel and 16mm thick welded plates. It supports coil widths up to 1250mm and inner diameters of 470-530mm / 570-630mm, integrating intelligent mechanisms to ensure high-quality processing for sensitive materials.

Advanced Tensioning and Braking

Slider-Type Tensioning: We ditched the old four-jaw style for a hydraulic slider design. It delivers stronger radial support, keeping the coil's inner wall from slipping or deforming.

Pneumatic Brake System: The sensitive pneumatic brake auto-adjusts damping to match the forming machine's speed, stopping material pile-ups or breaks during feeding.

Hydraulic Retaining Arm: This top-mounted arm presses the coil's outer edge to stop it popping open from inertia at high speeds. It also helps level the strip.

Comprehensive Material Protection

Supporting Wheels: We added wheels at key contact points so the strip never rubs the metal frame. This is a must for scratch-free galvanized or color-coated plates.

Disc Retaining Device: Mounted retainers keep the strip aligned during fast feeding, preventing edge deviation that could mess up downstream processing.

Intelligent Electrical Control

The machine runs on a Delta Inverter (5.5kW) and Schneider components for precise speed control. You can manage hydraulic loading, tensioning, and braking wirelessly—so operators stay safe and off the production floor.
